PRINCIPAL & CEO

SAURAV GHOSH

Saurav brings over 14 years of experience in a variety of industries including technology, advertising, media & entertainment, marketing, branding, event management, food and beverage operations, retail, hospitality, production services and recreation destinations. He has extensive experience in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Taxation and Systems Implementation and Design.  

Prior to forming AboveTheLines, Saurav held a wide range of leadership, management and advisory positions where he provided multiple entities with timely and accurate financial statements, ongoing cash flow projections, budgets and general oversight over Accounting, Finance, Taxation and Human Resources operations. He has also been integral in the design and maintenance of various systems of multiple organizations, enabling them to maximize revenues both domestically and internationally.  

Saurav holds a B.S. and M.S. in Accounting from Hunter College, M.A. in Integrated Marketing from Marist College and a Dual MBA in Finance and Information Systems from Pace University. 

 
 
 
 
 

VP, FINANCE & OPERATIONS; CO-FOUNDER

BIBI BACCHUS

Serving as our VP of Finance and Operations, Bibi is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, and working closely with our CEO, helps develop and implement client services and procedures. 
 
Before joining AboveTheLines Bibi worked in a variety of industries including food and beverage operations, hospitality, event management, production services, recreation, and legal services. She brings multiple years of experience in Accounting, Finance, Payroll, and Human Resources Management.
 
Bibi holds a dual B.A. degree in Accounting & Information Systems and in Economics from the City University of New York. 
 
 
 
 

VP, TAXATION AND CLIENT SERVICES

TASHA ÖZGER

In 1999, Tasha began her career as an intern with one of the big four accounting firms. Her strong work ethic coupled with her stellar interpersonal skills helped Tasha excel in the demanding fast-paced environment. Soon after completing her internship, she was offered a job to work with a former supervisor, who was joining a new company. After working with two national accounting firms as Tax Manager, Tasha Özger joined Abovethelines, LLC.

Tasha has been professionally active in the accounting field for over fifteen years. She has worked on post-production for major Hollywood movies and Indie films, handled staff accounting for a Tony Award-Winning producer, and she has also provided personal tax accounting services to many famous production managers, actors, dancers, choreographers, wardrobe designers, stylists, directors, and expats. Furthermore, Tasha is also an expert in financial planning, tax strategies, production accounting, and provides nationwide and international tax accounting services for LLCs, S-Corps and C-Corps.

Tasha holds a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a minor in Business Management and a Master's Degree in Taxation from Rutgers University. She is also an Enrolled Agent with the IRS.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

SYBIL LEE

Before joining Abovethelines, Sybil began her career in Operations working in the fashion and design industries. During her 12-year tenure, she worked for many established brands, where she was responsible for the day-to-day building and analysis of the business. Her skill set includes generating and analysis of sale reports, re-forecasting established methods to generate increased sales, implementation of new systems, and the planning/organization of new systems.  
 
Using her knowledge of planning and analysis, Sybil joined Abovethelines in 2017, where she is responsible for overseeing the needs and development of our clients' business. As part of her duties, she works closely with vendors and customer to ensure a seamless working relationship.
 
Sybil holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology & Mathematics from Montclair State University.

DIRECTOR, SALES & MARKETING

CAMILA P. MARTINEZ-SALELLAS

Born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico, Camila holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the Universidad del Sagrado Corazon. While in college, she completed a full year internship at UBS Financial Services of Puerto Rico, where she learned first hand the value of investment and financial services. 
 
Upon  graduation she moved to South Florida and in 2014 joined a local advertising agency, where she was able to polish her skills in graphic design and develop new ones by creating email marketing and digital marketing campaigns. There she worked on advertising campaigns for large tech brands, such as Microsoft, VMware, Dell, Symantec, and Kaspersky, and more across 13 Latin American countries. 
 
Soon after, in 2015, she was granted the amazing opportunity to work for a local marketing software startup company, where she was able to enhance her customer service skills and showcase her amazing ability to quickly learn technology. Her role was to serve small business owners and retailers of large brands to help them grown their businesses and increase profitability by executing localized marketing efforts through traditional and digital media, and breaking down their ROI with campaign analytics and reports. 
 
Fun Fact: She is also a trained opera singer and loves playing guitar.
